Shopping Information

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. We only offer domestic delivery at this time.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer Sendle tracked standard shipping and expedited.

Express Post shipping via Australia Post. Standard shipping is $10
for all items.

Express Tracked Shipping is $20 for urgent deliveries.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

We process all orders within 1 to 14 business days. You will
receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Using standard shipping, they will arrive within 2-4 business
days within the state of NSW and 3-6 business days if your
address is interstate.

If you select Express Post, you can expect your package to
arrive within 1-3 business days, with NSW addresses usually
receiving their items within 1-2 business days.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can place an order by selecting your quality sunglasses or optical wear and adding them to your shopping cart, located in the top right of your screen. Click or tap "Proceed To Checkout."

To confirm your order, enter your payment and shipping details using our secure shopping platform.

Once complete, we will send you a confirmation and invoice to your nominated email address.

If you do not receive a confirmation within 10-15 minutes of placing your order, contact us here.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

cancel or change an order. We cannot cancel or change orders
once we have shipped your items.

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED OR IS INCORRECT. CAN I GET A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?

Yes - please email us with your query first. If applicable, we
may ask you to send back your damaged or incorrect item (e.g., a mismatch between what you ordered and what was sent) and we will refund or replace your order.

We do not provide refunds for changes of mind.
